Whenever a CT study fused with MR or other modality study gets pushed to a dcm4che-2.0.25 instance from iPlan we see the following (full log attached):

I have seen other threads online with the same error message except for state "Sta1" but very little with Sta7.

It's claimed that the same DICOM export works when sent to other receivers. Unfortunately the dcm4che install isn't on site, so we cannot easily experiment. Is this something that was explicitly fixed in a later version? I looked at the closed and resolved tickets for 2.0.26 through .28 and didn't see anything that seemed relelvent, but I also don't really know what the underlying problem is.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
