New installer package for Linux ARM 32-bit (tested with Raspberry Pi 4)

An OAuth2 client has been integrated into Weasis and allows access to a server with OAuth2 and OIDC authentication. This means that it is possible to access a secure dcm4chee from Weasis without the web portal. The documentation to configure this will be available soon. The steps are the configuration of a client from Keycloack (Client Type: confidential, Valid Redirect URLs: http://127.0.0.1*,  Service Accounts Enabled: ON,  add roles from Service Account Roles tab, get Client Secret from Credentials tab). Add a DICOMWeb node from Weasis and enter the necessary information (DICOMWeb URL, client ID and Secret for authentication).

Note that it is possible to distribute a configuration of DICOMWeb nodes and OAuth2 authentication by resources.
