How this scenario can be done with dcm4che utilities?

1. Mirth Connect receives ORM^O01 study change (ORC-1 "SC") message

1.1 Mirth forwards it to PACS to change its Dicom database

2. "next step is to trigger dicom c-move transaction to PACS to send updated study to external archive"

2.1 Mirth sends ORM to second destination hl7rcv or save messages to file?

2.2 movescu is triggered to send updated study from PACS to external archive
