Hi.
I try to add a new item in modality worklist usen the editmwl.jar utility (in BIT directory of dcm4chee archive). It work fine, but if PatientID in xmt file already exist into PACS (patients table), the command fail and the xml is not inserted into MWL:
org.dcm4chex.archive.exceptions.NonUniquePatientException: Patient[id=21690999, issuer=null, name=SILVESTRO FERNANDO LUIS^null^null^null] ambiguous at org.dcm4chex.archive.ejb.entity.PatientBean.selectPatient(PatientBean.java:655)
at org.dcm4chex.archive.ejb.entity.PatientBean.ejbHomeSelectPatient(PatientBean.java:588)
Is possible add a MWL item in this cases.

If change the method and use hl7 messages for update worklist, then receive the same error: can't add a worklist entry if patient_ID already exists in dcm4chee patients table. Any idea ?
