dcm4chee doesnt answer dicom echo

Suddenly my dcm4chee doesn´t answer my queries from any remote entity.

It runs well in the web interface.

I think that it doesn´t answer network queries. (tcp/ip ping goes well).

Here is my server.log.

Someone can help me and tell me what was wrong? which was the failure?
