What do I need to install DCM4CHEE v3 and v5

First of all my warmest regards. I am trying to upgrade the version of the dcm4chee since I use 2.18 and I would like to enter the world of dcm4chee v3 and v5 but I don't know what binaries or packages I need to be able to install it and later configure it. I want to use the one that is compatible with postgresSQL. And I would like to know if the dcm4chee-arr is still used in v3 and v5.
