All .xsl templates (list or scheme)

Hello there,

recently we managed to solve  some problems by discovering that we could use additional two xsl files.

As far as i know xsl files are proper way to interfere in process so i wanna know about them all, at least i would have knowledge where i could put some influence.

I search for it but so far i didnt find anything useful (in terms of listing all editable xsl's and their place in workflow).

I would really appreciate help here -  some explanation, link or anything.
