Change file name for downloads

Dear dcm4che-arc-ui team,

Please can I put a request in for a new feature? Currently when you download a dataset it's given a name picked up from the DICOM header like 1.4.5678...blah.zip, this isn't that helpful. Our users would find it much easier to recognise files like <study_ID>.zip. I think there might be an open ticket for someone to look into this? 

How easy would it be to make this change myself? I.e. I'd like to help if possible.

How open source is the project?
