MPPS : Exam status not updating via MPPS

Hi All,

I am receiving MPPS status messages from modality..... but I don't see that the sps_status is getting updated. I can see that mpps table is updated but the mwl_item table doesn't update even though I see that the SQL query below:

I have the patient matching setting under MPPSSCP as pid,issuer? .... Issuer is not coming in the mpps message but i can trust the patient id.

Is there any configuration I have to check to get status updated for mwl items?

Did you create a mwl item with a spsid=PLA4567000214842?

yes, there exists a mwl_item with the same ID as returned from MPPS.

the mpps table gets updated with values. The only thing I can understand is MPPS doesnt contain a issuer of patient id tag. But I have seen that mpps updates works without  issuer of patient id tag with Dvtk.

Attached is the sample NCREATE xml ( not for the same accession#) from the modality....

I don't see any errors in the log files....
