Reject study (c-store)(also q/r) from specific AE

My goal is to be able to reject everything (q/r, store, etc)  from specific AETs. I do not have a list of Calling AETitles. In the StoreSCP mbean (and/or QueryRetrive mbean), could I use "!", i.e. "! SOME_AE_TITLE" in Calling AETitles?

If using a cstorerq.xsl or similar, how would I reject storing a study?
