Weasis custom plugin with javaFX

Hello everyone, i'm new to weasis and been having some problems trying to develop a custom plugin with javafx rather than swing.

Can i do this? has anyone here tried to do something like that?

Anyway i'm trying to embeb fx into swing using a JFXPanel, but it gives me ClassNotFoundException, not sure if this is a problem with Felix or some other problem.

Can i use some other thing to build UI? Swing development is so slow, and the end product doesn't look so good. And this is not an option for me.

I've evaluated to convert weasis in JavaFX and there are some prerequisites: not use anymore JAI with RenderedImage (it is an on-going task to replace JAI by OpenCV). Another problem is the java2d graphic pipeline is still better that the one in javafx and even there are a lot of good stuffs in javafx its adoption is limited (waiting for a better commitment of Oracle).  

Yes the problem is because in osgi does not export javafx classes by default. You need to replace the list in config.properties:
