MPPSSCU ForwardingAETitles

sorry for my poor English,

I am making MESA tests, In the OF test 131, I could not send mpps to pacs,

I knew that I need to replace MPPS SCU service attribute ForwardAETitles by ForwardingRules(http://www.dcm4che.org/jira/browse/DCMEE-706?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel)

But, I do not know how to modify the rules.

According to the syntax:

rules = ( rule { newline rule } | 'NONE' ) (* 'NONE' = no forwarding *)
rule = ['[' 'calling' ['!'] '=' from ']'] to
from = aet { '|'  aet } (* calling AE titles *)
to = aet { ',' aet } (* destination AE titles *)

I make changes like this:

rules = ( rule { newline rule } | 'NONE' )
rule = ['[' 'calling' ['!'] '=' from ']'] to
from = MESA_ORDER
to = MWLSERVER

but,it does not worked.

so,could somebody tell me how to modify the rules?
