DicomObjects Library open source or cracked

 Hi all

I have a diagnostic station App (source code) witch using DicomObjects Library (licensed and payed). dicomobjects1

i need an advice to replace the Dicomobjects LIB with an open source one, or if there is a cracked version of Dicomobjects.

so, the code depends on Dicom library, if i change the LIB, it will cost me a new App, right?

or if there is an open source Application for diagnostic stations which are for doctors?
