Unable to install Audit Record Repository (ARR)

Hi there,

I am trying to install the Audit Record Repository.

These are the steps I followed:

1- Installed dcm4chee-2.18.0-psql successfully.(jdk7 update 60, dcm4chee2.18.0, windows 8.1 64bit, postgresql 9.3)

2- I can access the web interface can receive/query patient info

3- Downloaded audit record repository for my database http://sourceforge.net/projects/dcm4che/files/dcm4chee-arr/3.0.12/

4- Extracted the dcm4chee-arr-3.0.12-psql folder to the main dcm4chee folder(C:\dcm4chee-2.18.0-psql) so I have C:\dcm4chee-2.18.0-psql\dcm4chee-arr-3.0.12-psql.

5- Created a separate database for dcm4chee-arr-3.0.12-psql and ran the sql script located C:\dcm4chee-2.18.0-psql\dcm4chee-arr-3.0.12-psql\sql\dcm4chee-arr-psql.ddl and ran the query successfully

6- Navigated to C:\dcm4chee-2.18.0-psql\dcm4chee-arr-3.0.12-psql\server\default\deploy\arr-psql-ds.xml and configured the database name and the password for the postgre user

7- Navigated to C:\dcm4chee-2.18.0-psql\bin and ran install_arr.bat as administrator

8- Nothing happened

9- Navigated to C:\dcm4chee-2.18.0-psql\bin and edited the install_arr.bat around line 21 to

echo "Usage: install_arr <%DCM4CHEE_HOME%\dcm4chee-arr-3.0.12-psql>"

10- It seems like this did not fix the issue as well.

11- I then logged in to http://localhost:8080/dcm4chee-web3/ and could not see the audit repository tab.

I am not really sure what is happening at the moment. Any help would be appreciated.

I managed to run install_arr.bat file and point to the dcm4chee-arr directory. It managed to copy some files.

I still cannot see the audit management tab in the web portal.

Would you guys know what would be causing this?
