Use emf2sf command line to convert DICOM

Hi there. Just installed the program via maven but not sure how to convert DICOM via the command. Trying to invoke the command in the terminal shows that the command is not found.
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!

maven does not install, but compile and build the binary distribution package. You may add
dcm4che/dcm4che-assembly/target/dcm4che-VERSION-bin/dcm4che-VERSION/bin
to you PATH, or
unzip dcm4che/dcm4che-assembly/target/dcm4che-5.23.2-bin.zip
to your preferred installation directory and include extracted
dcm4che-VESRION/bin
to you PATH.
unzip dcm4che/dcm4che-assembly/target/dcm4che-5.23.2-bin.zip
to your preferred installation directory and include extracted
dcm4che-VESRION/bin
to you PATH.
