Problem in showing DICOM SR in Weasis

Hi all,
I sent my dicom sr to dcm4chee, after that i search in the web3, it showd my DICOM SR and when i clicked on viewer icon, Weasis started and showed all images but my DICOM SR didn't download. When i query from dcm4chee by dcmqr tool, i can get that DICOM SR so What's the problem?
I had another problem, when i imported my DICOM SR file to Weasis, nothing happened.

DCM4CHEE v 2.17.2

The file attached can be loaded without problem!

You can test DICOM SR on the demo server with the patient name "TEST^DICOM SR (Report)".

You are correct.
The problem was in my Dicom SR seriesUID.

Arash can you guide me how you had created DICOM SR file???? Please guide.

You can use "xml2dcm" command from dcm4che2 toolkit:

I attached a sample report for converting to DICOM SR.

Arash thanks for your prompt reply. I wanted to save patient radiology final verified report into DICOM SR and save a copy of it with study on PACS as back and later burn it to CD with images.

I had gone through the XML file you attached. If possible can you please mark what information is available in the file you attached. So, that i can also provide the same and test it.
