Errors when booting, 2.18-mysql and jBoss 4.2.3

I was just playing around with getting this installed on a Mac running El Capitan and JDK v.8.

I got it running and can login to the server, but I have a few errors on startup as follows:

I think that is it.  Just wondering if those need to be / can be fixed and how to go about using that.
