Convert PNG + XML(header info) to dicom

Hi Guys,

In my project I need to convert png files to dicom files. 

Each png file comes with an xml file that contains all the information required to be stored in dicom header. The xml files have been produced using org.dcm4che2.tool.dcm2xml.Dcm2Xml .

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
