Retrieve dicom studies or images from Philips iSite Pacs server to local machine

Hello,

I have to retrieve DICOM images from remote Philips iSite Pacs server to our local machine or laptop, I know the DCM4CHEE toolkit about query/retrieve command but how can I make local machine a DICOM listener or client that will retrieve and stored images in a folder. What will be all dicom commands for such

Urgent help needed.
