Thanks for the reply, I looked at that before in the storescp and wasnt sure why that would be the case since I have used the dcmsnd tool to import and have seen it just drop duplicate files without me modifying the md5 in jboss.

I didnt receive any errors from either Osirix or dcm4chee so I think it all checks out on the processing of said studies.
