what are the steps-process to edit ${jboss.server.temp.url}/dcm4chee-arc/hl7-order2dcm.xsl

if I update hl7-order2dcm.xsl from location /var/local/dcm4chee-arc/wildfly/tmp/dcm4chee-arc will the changes remain permanenet? or if i restart server - then again these .xsl files will be overwritten from vendordata.zip something?

also where and which segment i can pass scheduled station aet?

As you are using ORM^O01 message, you may pass Scheduled Station AET in ORC-18 field. For OMI^O23 messages, this shall be in IPC.9 field

According to IHE Procedure Update RAD-13, an update to a SCHEDULED procedure can be triggered when

> the Department System Scheduler cancels, re-schedules or modifies characteristics of the procedure it previously scheduled and transmitted to the Image Manager and Report Manager via a Procedure Scheduled [RAD-4] transaction

The status may be updated to CANCELED, COMPLETED or DISCONTINUED or it may remain in SCHEDULED status. - See Trigger Events and Required Order Control Codes and Order Statuses.

However, DCM4CHEE Archive 5.x has a feature wherein, the status of a SCHEDULED Procedure of a patient can be changed to ARRIVED status on receive of HL7 ADT^A10 patient arrival message. Configure HL7 Patient Arrival Message Type (on archive device extension or archive HL7 application extension level) to ADT^A10 to use this feature

Study Instance UID shall be provided by DSS / Order Filler which sends the order messages to archive. For ORM^O01 this is in a ZDS segment field 1, whereas for OMI^O23 messages it shall be sent in IPC.3. DCM4CHEE archive is lenient and creates a Study UID if it is not sent in the message. You may use Query Modality Worklist RAD-5 to get Study Instance UID and any other MWL attributes.
