Adjust brightness and contrast of grey scale image

Hi,

How to adjust the brightness and contrast of a greyscale image based up on the ratio like 20/40, 40/80, 80/160 etc same as radiant dicom viewer if anyone knows please do reply

You haven’s specified which viewer you’re using.

    Thanks for  reply i need to find window level and window width of a grey scale image when i drag the mouse the WL and WW value should change accordingly
