Oviyam PDF error

Hello,

I'm having problems viewing PDF oviyam 0.9.1.

When I select a study through search menu in the main page (http://localhost:8080/oviyam) everything is correct.

However, when I run a study directly via the URL (eg http://localhost:8080/oviyam/oviyam?studyUID=1.2.840.113745.101000.XXX), the image on the left side and the PDF did not appear (see attached image)

The JavaScript error displayed is "pdf is not defined" (Chrome, Firefox and IE)

I'm using oviyam 0.9.1 and DCM4CHEE 2.17.X

Can anyone help me? Thanks
