Is it possible to delete worklist item of a specific date for a specific modality through an HL7 message?

If you want "purge" the list in a sense I don't believe this is possible using a single HL7 ORM message since a single message is uniquely associated with a specific worklist entry. I do believe that the standard supports the concept of grouping orders via the placer group number but this is usually used to group orders of the same patient. For this type of requirement I believe that you are better off with messing with the mwl_item table directly, if you really know what you are doing!
