iOviyam - Server ADD button not working

Hi,

I'm trying to run ioviyam2.1 on a tomcat server.
I get to login OK but then I go to Settings and fill my PACS server configuration, click on ADD and nothing happens.

I tried iOviyam 2.0 and same result, with the exception that ECHO does work after I type in the server info. However it is not saved after I go Back to search screen.

The user I used to log in has WebUser and WebAdmin roles.

Any idea what could be wrong?

I have Oviyam running correctly on the same server.
