Institution Name(0008,0080) tag is not getting in study on uploading using MWL UI of DCM4CHEE

When uploading a study using the MWL feature in the UI, the Institution Name tag is present in the MWL entry, but it is not being reflected in the study data(or tag)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a MWL enty which contain institution name in tag as well
  2. Click on three dot of entry and select upload option
  3. Upload the dicom file
  4. Go to Study page
  5. Click on hamburger of study uploaded there is no Institution Name present

Expected behavior
The tag Institution name should be present in study.

Can someone please help me with this?

Have you checked at the SERIES level?

Yes i have checked it is not present there as well.

What type of file are you uploading? I've had success with jpeg and pdf.

  I am uploading DICOM files without the .dcm extension in their filenames, and they are being uploaded successfully.

My issue remains the same the dicom file is being uploaded but the institution name tag value from mwl is not getting populated in study on any level(Patient , study, series & instance) on series level i am getting tag institution name bug the value is blank , in some cases the institution name tag is present in instance level tag but the value is still blank.
