How to set up forward by query to different AETs

Hi.
I need to forward studies based on a query to different AETs. 
For e.g. maybe Studies 1 and 6 should go to AET3 ,
Studies 2 and 4 should go to AET1,
Studies 3 and 5 should go to AET2.
The choice of where to send is entered in another system and will be queried and inserted into dcm4hee database in a new table.

How can i setup this forward by query option to automate this process in the PACS?
Kindly help urgently.
