change tag value

hello

i am doing some modifications on web3.0.7 src, and i need to change the 0032,4000 tag value in my dcm4chee-web/dcm4chee-web-war/src/main/java/org/dcm4chee/web/war/folder/file.java file, normally i make an update to db, but this tag is not in the db.

what i need is that the studycustom2 db value goes to  0032,4000 tag , oviously in the same study

any help would be apreciated
