On Modality Worklists and MSH3,4,5 & 6

Correct me if I'm wrong.

dcm4chee is able to support multiple modality worklists.

Each worklist has its own:

1.    Modality Worklist AET (for MWL C-FIND-SCP)
2.    HL7 Application Name e.g.: (HL7Application|FacilityName)
3.    Web Application
4.    MWL Work List Label

Assuming I am populating dcm4chee using ORMs to schedule the exam

Let us say I wanted to use the Modality form the OBR.24.1 (US) and create modality worklists that correspond the Modality.

Can I coerce Facility Name such that it is Facility_US?

Can I use Facility_US as the Modality worklist AET?

The HL7 Application name, does it refer to MSH3&4 or MSH4&5?

In fact I don't see how this dcm4chee could work if i tried to create two HL7 Applications with the same SendingApplication|SendingFacility!
