Import DICOM file with dcmsnd/storescu

Hi, i installed DCM4CHEE in a test server and i imported backup database (from a existing pacs).
When i send dicom files with dcmsnd or storescu, i have this result :

However, when send dicom file in a clear database, i have not problem, All files are sent.

After some searches, the problem would come study_iuid or series_iuid, but as the error message is truncated, I am not on.

I verified in base if iuid did not already exist, they are not inside.

Additionnal info :
The existing pacs use a DCM4CHEE version 2.16.3.
The test servier use version 2.17.2, when I import backup database, I execute the script 2.16 > 2.17.

Help please...

I restarted the service and I have no error...
