HL7 Forward stylesheet

Hi,
I'm currently facing an issue with forwarding HL7 messages to multiple instances of HL7 servers. The challenge is that the target systems require slightly different data in some of the HL7 segments.

Is there a way to apply a transformation (using a stylesheet) to the messages before forwarding them? Or do you have any other suggestions on how to handle this type of message customization for different endpoints?
