Missing feature for valid CDA R2

Hello everybody

I'm currently using dcm4che for my school project which aims to make a valid CDA R2.

So I went through the list and discovered that the "Telecom" isn't a part of the dcm4che.

Can anybody confirm this, or supply me with a solution to make the Telecom element
