I've created multiple receivers for my DCM4CHEE instance by doing the following :

under server/conf/xmdesc

dcm4chee-dcmsrv-SECOND-xmbean
dcm4chee-echo-SECOND-xmbean
dcm4chee-forward2-SECOND-xmbean
dcm4chee-forward-SECOND-xmbean
dcm4chee-fsmgt-lossy-SECOND-xmbean
dcm4chee-fsmgt-nearline-SECOND-xmbean
dcm4chee-fsmgt-online-SECOND-xmbean

dcm4chee-movescu-SECOND-xmbean

dcm4chee-qrscp-SECOND-xmbean
dcm4chee-stgcmt-SECOND-xmbean
dcm4chee-storescp-SECOND-xmbean

and under server/deploy

dcm4chee-dcmsrv-SECOND-service
dcm4chee-echo-SECOND-service
dcm4chee-forward2-SECOND-service
dcm4chee-forward-SECOND-service
dcm4chee-fsmgt-lossy-SECOND-service
dcm4chee-fsmgt-nearline-SECOND-service
dcm4chee-fsmgt-online-SECOND-service
dcm4chee-movescu-SECOND-service
dcm4chee-qrscp-SECOND-service
dcm4chee-stgcmt-SECOND-service
dcm4chee-storescp-SECOND-service

I've then gone through the files and replaced the AE title from DCM4CHEE to SECOND and put in a new port value in the dcm4chee-dcmsrv-SECOND-xmbean file.

This seems to work and I have the second instance up. It echoes successfully and receives images too.

However, if I want to use a separate folder to store images or specify forwarding rules (forward2) it doesn't get picked up and all forwarding rules set for the default AET are always used.

Just wondering if anyone might have an idea as to what I might have done wrong here.

Thank you
