dcmsnd --filreref (error, can't recreate database)

Hi.
I try to import a image folder structure from pacs original location (previous install a empty mysql database). Then use dcm4che toolkit: dcmsnd command with --fileref parameter

Example:

c:\pacs\dcm4che-2.0.28\bin\dcmsnd --async 5 DCM4CHEE@localhost:11112 C:\Pacs\dcm4chee-2.18.0-mysql\server\default\archive\2019\ --fileref

The utility scan all folders, but can't recreate the database reading the imge-folders structure. The text output shows these errors:

Any idea ? I try on Linux with the same errors. I search for this into google, but found answers into old dcm4chee forum than appear closed. Sorry by my poor english.  :(
