C-Find 10sec delay

I have a 10sec delay for c-find requests (worklist, images), example attached. Is this a known issue? 

I am using dcm4che 5.18 with docker.

Could threading be the issue? The request (RQ)  and response (RSP) seem to be handled by 2 different threads (182, 183) as shown below.
