After updating weasis does not open and I get this error in the server log:

When I deploy it I get:

Which jdk 1.7 and jboss-4.2.3.GA should I use at the server?

Works after updating the server jdk to 1.7u80.

Is there any better jdk1.7 to use with dcm4chee 2.18.3?

Downgraded to jdk1.7u25 to avoid WARNINGs at startup...

Which jdk1.7 is best to use?

Yes, a recent jdk 1.7 is the most suitable as the jdk 1.8 is not supported.
