Using Oviyam 2.1 with Conquest

Hi 

I had successfully configured Oviyam 2.1 with conquest. But i cannot view the thumbnails or images in viewer. Screenshot attached

Please find my configuration screenshot (Oviyam Setting.png). I had tested by using both http://127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/dgate.exe and wado in wado context field but problem remains the same. Appended below is my conquest server log

As i am using Windows as my OS and i had deployed oviyam on Tomcat. As, Tomcat is running on port 8080. So, i put port 8080 and later http://127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/dgate.exe. But issue remains same. Please guide me where i am making mistake.

Hello,
For use oviyam you need copy : dcm4chee-web-oviyam-3.1.0.jar and oviyam2.war in your server/deploy
And  : dcm4che-core-2.0.27.jar / dcm4che-image-2.0.27.jar / dcm4che-imageio-2.0.27.jar / dcm4che-net-2.0.27.jar / dcm4cge-tool-dcmqr-2.0.27.jar (  oviyam-2.1-bin/tomcat ) In your server/lib

After  go http://localhost:8080/oviyam2 and look my screen shot .
Can you say me if is ok?

Yes conquest do support WADO and secondly i had copied all the files in the lib folder of tomcat that were available in the zip file but i cannot find dcm4che-web-oviyam-3.1.0.jar.

Sorry I think you work with dcm4chee . I never test with only tomcat

 Hi,
    Oviyam mainly focuses on DCM4CHEE. Although it supports any other DICOM-complaint server, i guess the issue relies on image level query where some of  instance attributes not available from conquest server comparing to DCM4CHEE.

Devishree.V thanks for the reply. But i also try to push images from Conquest to Oviyam, i got error DICOM MOVE Error. What i think and that i am making some mistake in configuration of oviyam. And also one of the file that was mentioned by Jordan in his previous post was also not found in the available package.

If i agree with you can you provide me image level query attributes that Oviyam need. I might check it from conquest.

    The jar file mentioned above is not necessary for current version. The needed image level attributes are SOP Instance UID, SOP Class UID,Rows,Columns,Instance Number.

 According to the server log attached, some more important attributes listed below are not in the database,

    0020,000E  - Series Instance UID
    0020,0011   - Series Number
    0020,0013   - Instance Number

As, in my previous post i mentioned that i had added these fields in database but they have no value. Can you guide me how to fix this??

       Some mandatory attributes such as Series Instance UID cannot be ignored since those attributes are used to uniquely identify the individual series and images of a study. These attributes should be stored in the database when the images are received by PACS and they should not be empty/null /non-unique.

Thanks i had copied the .jar file but same result. No images or thumbnails were viewed.
