Error retrieving from Orthanc DICOM server

I installed Orthanc DICOM server (Windows 7, 64bit) and tried to query/retrieve using dcmqr (Windows XP) but failed. The messages are shown below.

I also tried the query from Osirix on another computer and everything's normal. Can't figure out why there's error using dcmqr.
