dcm4chee-2.18.1 and dcm4chee-web.war.2.17.0 : Modify DICOM files attribute after ADT A40 (merge)

All in all, sorry for my English.
We use dcm4chee-2.18.1 and dcm4chee-web.war.2.17.0  without HL7 ADT stream for the moment.
We want to activate the HL7 ADT stream so that patients are merged (ADT A40) automatically.
I did some tests, the patients are well merged.
The study, series and DICOM files associated with the old patient are well modified in the database.
When I display DICOM files with weasis, the DICOM attributes are changed (with new patient information).

On the other hand, if I look at the DICOM attributes of files having changed patients, directly on the file system (with Weasis portable), the DICOM file still contains the attributes of the old partient.
The modification date of the file has not been changed on the file system.

Is it possible to change a JMX setting so that DICOM files are changed automatically during a patient merge or when moving a study from one patient to another?
