Requested Procedure Code

The worklists are being published from DCM-ARC. When a worklist query is performed on a GE CT device, the value returned for tag 0032,1064 (Requested Procedure Code) is -1 instead of the expected examination code. How can I resolve this issue? An example HL7 message is provided below.
