I need help with solving a DCMSND problem. This worked to import several folders of images and is now not working. System is dcm4chee-2.17.1-psql on Windows 7 with jboss-4.2.3.GA with DCM4CHEE installed on D: drive.

Files are in folders by year and month, C:\200801, C:\200802 and so on.

Command issued: "dcmsnd DCM4CHEE@localhost:1112 C:\200805 >d:\log.txt"

Below is the java log from my attempt to run DCMSND to import images from a local HD.

Just a thought. This part of the log caught my eye.

DCMSND was negotiating a transfer syntax. It appears to have settled on JPEG lossless, and immediately failed.
There is no free JPEG lossless Java library. So if you want to use it, you need to buy one and install it.

Have your previous successes been with other compression algorithms?

The problem was traced to corrupted DICOM file on the source server.
