add a tag to dcm4che3 datadictionary at runtime

Hi All
Is it possible to add an element to the dicom data dictionary at runtime? 


Im using dcm4che 3.3.8 on win 10, java 8.x

thanks for any help on how to do it (or if I cant)

No. Why don't you upgrade to newest version (5.6.3), which element dictionary reflects DICOM 2019b? For private attributes you may implement your own element dictionaries (s. https://github.com/dcm4che/dcm4che/tree/master/dcm4che-core/src/test/java/org/dcm4che3/dict/siemens + https://github.com/dcm4che/dcm4che/blob/master/dcm4che-core/src/test/resources/META-INF/services/org.dcm4che3.data.ElementDictionary ).

Migrating from dcm4che2 to  dcm4ch3 (5.25.1),  cannot find dicom dictionary. 
There are specific manfactury dicm dictionatry. What is the general dictionary instead?
