Anyone running into an issue with downloading and running the portable weasis on macOS Sierra 10.12.4?
I'm running into com.apple.quarantine on all the files after downloading and unzipping with the standard archive utility.

~/Downloads/viewer : ls -al@
total 176

com.apple.quarantine   60

com.apple.quarantine   60
drwxr-xr-x@ 12 user  staff    408 Apr 24 01:13 weasis
com.apple.quarantine   60

I know the workaround (xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine .), but I need to know if there's a way for it to work straight from the zip.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

I've tried on 10.12.3 and I haven't seen this issue.

However, when you download the file from a Mac and you're not allow to launch weasis because the file is not coming from the App Store (this simply sucks). You can execute the app:

Alright. Then, I'm going to assume that it's a 10.12.4 issue and hopefully Apple will get their stuff together.
Otherwise, do you think that there's a way to acquire a signed version of Weasis?

weasis.app is already signed.

I'm probably looking at a different app, but attached is what I'm looking at.
Sign checker from: https://apple.stackexchange.com/a/82588
The failure.app is signed.
Is weasis.app different from weasis-portable.zip and viewer-mac.app?
Thanks!

Yes the current version is not signed anymore because there were some modifications since last sign.

I will try to find somebody which can sign it as I don't have an apple developer ID.

No, it would help if somebody has Developer ID certificate for signing this package.
