Restricted web / wado access for referring physicians

Hello,

we want to build a web portal where each referring physician can login via username & password and can only access their studies (filtered by DICOM field "ReferringPhysicianName").

Is this possible with DCM4CHEE v2 or v5?

If yes: how?

Particularly, you can configure Store Access Control ID Rules to associate different Access Control IDs to received Studies dependent on the Referring Physician Name in the received object, and associate each Accession Control ID to the AE used by that Physician for query/retrieve by C-FIND/C-MOVE/C-GET or QIDO/WADO.
