Hi,
I installed the new version dcm4chee-arc-light 5.21.0 and tried sending an image using DCMSEND utility. But I am getting the error, 10:36:33,317 ERROR  - No Presentation Context negotiated to store 1.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.4/MR Image Storage - ./Images/1_1_1_1_1.dcm. Do I need to change any configuration for sending images to dcm4chee-arc-light 5.21.0?

Where do I configure AcceptedImageSOPClasses in dcm4chee-arc-light 5.21.0? In dcm4che 2.x.x, we had the option to configure this property in StoreScp MBean of jmx-console.

Archive AE "DCM4CHEE" accepts all Composite Storage SOP Classes defined by DICOM 2020a by default configuration!

Hi Gunter,

I tried both dcm4chee-arc-light versions 5.18.0 and 5.21.0. In 5.18.0, I was able to send images without making any configuration changes. But in 5.21.0, I was getting error when trying to send an MR image. ERROR  - No Presentation Context negotiated to store 1.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.4/MR Image Storage - ./Images/1_1_1_1_1.dcm

So added MR Image Storage SCP details in 5.21.0 under the Transfer Capabilities by comparing with the details in the version 5.18.0. Then I could send MR images to 5.21.0. Now tried sending a CT image to 5.21.0 and I am getting error, No Presentation Context negotiated to store 1.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.2/CT Image Storage.

Attaching the screenshot where I added MR Image Storage SCP details.

Transfer Capability of MR Image Storage SCP for DMC4CHEE is (still) included in the default configuration for 5.21.0: https://github.com/dcm4che/dcm4chee-arc-light/blob/5.21.0/dcm4chee-arc-assembly/src/main/resources/ldap/default-config.ldif#L3264

Hi Gunter, thank you for your response. Actually I have imported this default-config.ldif file during installation. The list of Storage SOP classes have come under the Transfer capabilities of  storescp device(port 104) which got created after the installation of 5.21.0. This device was not in 5.18.0 by default. In 5.18.0 these SOP classes were listed under the transfer capabilities of dcm4chee-arc device.

In 5.21.0, only 5 items are listed under the transfer capabilities of dcm4chee-arc device. Is this the reason why I am not able to send images to dcm4chee-arc device? Which AET can I use for sending images to dcm4chee-arc-light 5.21.0?

Attaching the screenshots of transfer capabilities of DCM4CHEE in 5.18.0(list of items) and 5.21.0(5 items). Also including the transfer capabilities of storescp in 5.21.0(list of items).

There are actual 454 transfer capabilities pre configured for DCM4CHEE 5.21.0. Guess, something went wrong when you import the LDIF to your LDAP.

Thank you so much Gunter. As you mentioned something was wrong with the import of default-config.ldif. Only few items were imported during last installation. I reinstalled dcm4chee-arc-light and this time I am able to send dicom images and all the items are listed under the transfer capabilities of dcm4chee-arc. Thank you once again.
