SSL dcm4chee docker

Hi,

1. ) I want to use JKS or PKC12 ssl in custom-dir with different password. I use the varibale in docker-compose.env.

KEYSTORE=/var/local/dcm4chee-arc/custom-dir/cacerts.p12
KEYSTORE_PASSWORD=Mysecret
KEY_PASSWORD=Mysecret

But it did'nt work for me. Need help how to add SSL certifcate dcm4chee.

2.)Also, I want to Increase thread limit for so can you share variable I will add in env file for this.
