I have installed Oviyam 2.2 on a JBoss server successfully and able to access the images. I noticed that Oviyam is caching the DICOM and JPG images on the server inside the "work" folder. Does Oviaym delete the cached images at any time? In my requirement, the images are no longer required to be cached for more than certain number of days (example: 7 days), as it will not be accessed that often and good to clean up and free up the space from the cache. How do I achieve this?

If you're using dcm4chee, the JPEG images are generated and cached by the WADO service and not Oviyam.  If you're using Ovyam with another PACS through CGET OR CMOVE, then Oviyam caches the images. Either way, they're are not deleted by default and the solutions the same - create a scheduled task at the OS level to periodically delete them.
