Install Dcm4chee on Windows 10 64bits

Hello everyone, I am new to dcm4chee. I need to install version 2.18.3 on WINDOWS 10 64 bits dcm4chee mysql or postgre. When I finish with the installation I load the url http://localhost:8080/dcm4chee-web3 and the login page appears, I enter admin - admin and I get LOGIN FAILED. I have tried several ways to install dcm4chee and with different databases (mysql - posgre) and always get the same error. Could someone help me please. 

steps:

jdk-7u80-windows-i586.exe

dcm4chee 2.18.3
JBoss-4.2.3.GA

Mysql or Posgre

etc.

podrias indicar el error exacto ? , cuando instalaste mysql colocaste una clave cualquiera , has verifciado la version de mysql o post instalada.

pleas use the newest version version 5 ( the docerized version is the eseast to install ). dcm4chee 2.x is not supported anymore.
