problem in removing studies from dcm4chee interface

Hi, I need your help with a problem, related to dcm4chee v2.17.
I need to delete a series of studies from my central store because it is running out of disk space, but at the time of deleting the study shows me a dialog box with the following message: Deletion of selected entities failed.
I am waiting for your answers regarding this problem.

Hola Ramses
Te escribo en español porque supongo que lo hablas
en el jmx-console, busas el bloque dcm4chee.web y ahí: service=WebConfig
una vez dentro buscas: trustPatientIdWithoutIssuer y lo pones en "true"
lo otro es revisar el rol de tu usuario en la interfaz web3 para estar seguro que tu usuario tiene permiso de borrar.

saludos gpo tengo instalado un servidor dcm4chee en debian deonde cuando ejecuto paar accder a la dcm4chee me pone este error.
ESTADO HTTP 404 - /DCM4CHEE-WEB3 y además fallo el arranque del manejador de protocolo la direccion 8080 ya se esta usando.
