Issue Retrieving Study in DCM4CHEE-ARC Light (Single Host Archive Services)

I hope this email finds you well.

I’m reaching out for assistance regarding an issue I’m encountering with the DCM4CHEE-ARC Light application. I have been successfully running the application on my Ubuntu OS using Docker Compose for the past six months, specifically by deploying the minimum set of archive services on a single host. However, today I faced an issue when attempting to retrieve a study.

Here are the details:

• Operating System: Ubuntu

• Installation Method: Docker-Compose

• Deployment Method: Minimum set of archive services on a single host

• Issue: Unable to retrieve study.

To troubleshoot, I’ve checked the following:

1. Docker Containers: All containers are up and running as expected. I verified this using docker-compose ps.

2. Logs: I reviewed the logs from the application containers but didn’t find any specific error messages indicating the cause.

3. Network Connectivity: There are no apparent network issues, and the system is still connected to the required PACS servers.

4. Database Connectivity: The PostgreSQL database container is functioning properly with no access issues.

5. Web Interface: The DCM4CHEE-ARC Light web interface is responsive, but I’m unable to retrieve studies from it.

Given that I’m using the minimum set of archive services on a single host, it’s possible that a service configuration issue may be contributing to the problem. I would greatly appreciate your expertise in helping to identify and resolve the issue.
